Terms of service.

These terms apply to your use of the SongFrames website and purchase of the SongFrames songwriting course. By using the site or enrolling, you agree to these terms. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.

The course

SongFrames is a 10-week songwriting course with one lesson per week, delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. Lessons include printable workbooks, songwriting prompts, and original writing exercises. Week two is scheduled for seven days after enrollment, with a new lesson every week thereafter.

Please provide a working email address and check your spam folder if a lesson does not arrive. Contact us if you need help receiving a lesson or updating your email address.

Payment

Enrollment costs $49 USD as a one-time payment, not a subscription. Stripe processes payments through its hosted checkout. You do not need to create a SongFrames account. Review the total shown at checkout before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Try one lesson. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@songframes.com. Include the email address used at checkout so we can locate your order. A refund ends your enrollment and future lesson delivery.

This refund policy does not limit any consumer rights or remedies you have under applicable law.

Personal access

Your purchase gives you personal access to the course. You may download and print the lessons for your own study and keep the purchased lessons forever. Save your own copies; lifetime access does not require you to keep an account or rely on a download link remaining available indefinitely. You may not share, upload publicly, resell, or redistribute the course materials without our written permission.

Ownership of your writing

You retain ownership of the original lyrics and songs you create. SongFrames does not claim ownership of your work. Our original lessons, workbooks, and course materials remain the property of SongFrames.

Songs and lyrics by featured artists belong to their respective rights holders. Studying them does not give you permission to publish, record, or sell their words or music. Use the exercises to develop your own original writing and respect third-party copyrights.

Learning outcomes

SongFrames provides educational materials, not a promise of commercial success. Your progress depends on your practice and experience. We do not guarantee publication, income, or a particular songwriting outcome.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how the site handles payments, advertising measurement, and cookies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the site or future purchases. Changes will not retroactively reduce the course access or refund rights agreed to when you purchased.
